You enter the chateau via the museum on the Main Street. It’s only €10. The grounds are well kept and have a fair few flowers, shrubs and trees to admire. All framed by the romantic stonework of the … Full review by machinmad

I think you will need to check the website as it is layer in the season. The grounds are ok, not really anything special in comparison to other French Chateaux. The view to the town and river is very nice. The fee is the same for a tour and gardens or just gardens, which I think is rather naughty. For a great view of the town climb the church steeple, which isn’t far from the entrance to the chateaux. It is narrow and winding but there are places to catch your breath as you head up.

I am planning a cycling trip in the region that ends in Pornic. Is there train or bus transportation to Josselin from Pronic?
A:
Hi, I think it is extremely unlikely. Rennes - Pontivy bus runs through Josselin, but I don't know of any others.
