A bystander who was struck by a bullet when NYPD officers opened fire on a Brooklyn subway station in September plans to sue the city for $80 million.

Attorneys for Gregory Delpeche, who was shot by police last month at a Brooklyn subway station are demanding millions in damages from the city.

There, a 10-year-old boy was walking in the crosswalk on Noble Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle that was traveling east on Brookdale Drive. The boy was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The girl was taken to a hospital with "moderate injuries," police said. Authorities are still searching for the driver.

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (FOX 9) - Brooklyn Park police said a 10-year-old using a crosswalk near his elementary school was struck by a driver Friday morning. According to police, the collision happened around 9:20 a.m. at the intersection of Brookdale Drive North and Noble Avenue North, located near Birch Grove School for the Arts.
