AUSTIN, Texas (KAUZ) - The Office of Governor Greg Abbott has shared a celebration of the Texas job economy, following the release of October employment data. The Office of the Governor said Texas grew jobs at a faster annual rate than the U.S. as Texas employers added 274,600 nonfarm jobs over the last 12 months.

Greg Abbott released a comprehensive plan to make Texas the nation's leader in "advanced nuclear power." It comes after a year-long study looking at how nuclear technology could help keep our lights on and potentially create thousands of new jobs in Central Texas.
