By Danial Azhar and Rozanna Latiff KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) -Malaysia plans to create a national cloud policy and introduce regulations to encourage the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI), Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Tuesday.
