Gavin Ward has departed Arrow McLaren and his role as team principal after two seasons, effective immediately, team officials announced Nov. 19. Arrow McLaren officials called the move “a mutual and strategic decision as the team positions itself for growth and performance into the 2025 NTT INDYCAR SERIES season.”
