The pair performed a surprise mashup of Swift's '1989' track 'Out of the Woods' and their collaboration 'Us' from Abrams' 'The Secret of Us' album.

After traversing the globe for nearly a year and a half, Taylor Swift is nearing the end of her Eras concert tour. During the tour's international run, Swift also released a new album, "The Tortured Poets Department," which earned her six Grammy Award nominations, and attended 18 Kansas City Chiefs games to cheer on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
