McLaren's next-generation halo hypercar has a name—and a reveal date. But what can we expect from this likely electrified successor to the F1 and P1?

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a name. On Friday, McLaren announced the name of the secret new hypercar set to debut in a little more than a week: come October 6th, we'll be meeting the McLaren W1.
