Delhi Police have arrested Fang Chenjin, a Chinese national, for his alleged involvement in a massive ₹100 crore cyber fraud operation.

Delhi's Shahadara Cyber Police arrested the Chinese national while investigating a complaint of a man duped of Rs 43.5 lakh. The course of the investigation revealed that he was running a syndicate of cybercrime through WhatsApp.

According to a complaint filed at cyber-crime portal, the account holder joined two different WhatsApp groups in February and March this year on invitations by unknown numbers.
