The alleged assault was the result of a relationship the alleged 28-year-old victim had with the rapper’s daughter.

According to the complaint, the 53-year-old Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Clifford Smith, got into an argument with the accuser at a Crunch Fitness location on Staten Island.
