The Jets honoured Hellebuyck prior to the Avs game for reaching 500 games played, 300 wins and 40 shutouts. The club presented Hellebuyck with a silver goalie stick, commemorative puck and a framed piece of art, while the NHL also grabbed a primary assist, chipping in with a gold stick for becoming the third-fastest goalie to reach 300 wins.
