The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is investigating a homicide after a 1-year-old child died in Northwest D.C. over the weekend. According to MPD, on Saturday, Sept. 28, just before 11 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 3700 block of Connecticut Ave.
