Oil prices edged higher on Monday on increasing concerns of potential supply disruptions from the Middle East producing region after Israel stepped up attacks on Iranian-backed forces.

Oil traders were shrugging off the risk of a wider Middle Eastern conflict that could threaten crude supplies.

Oil prices remained stable on Monday, poised to experience a third consecutive month of decline as strong supply forecasts and uncertainty surrounding demand overshadow concerns regarding escalating conflicts due to Israeli strikes in Lebanon and Yemen.
