Election Day is finally here. Polls open Tuesday across the state at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Those in line by 8 p.m. will still be able to vote. To cast a ballot, registered voters must either have a photo ID or sign an affidavit stating they do not possess a valid photo ID.
