Portions of Central America are facing another day of torrential rain and catastrophic flash flooding as deadly Tropical Storm Sara slowly approaches the coast of Belize, where it’s expected to make landfall later on Sunday.

As the third named storm to emerge during November, Tropical Storm Sara serves as a reminder that the Atlantic hurricane season hasn’t quite ended.

Tropical Storm Sara is dumping heavy rains over portions of Belize and Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, as it continues tracking west, the National Hurricane Center said.
